About the Speaking Engagement (lecture goals / learning outcomes)

At Da Vinci Science School, our Real World Learning program provides 9th–12th graders with hands-on opportunities to explore careers, connect with professionals, and apply classroom learning to real-world experiences. Guest speakers would engage with students for 30 minutes to share their story and career path, followed by 20 minutes for student questions. For guidance, speakers can take a look at the attached document, which includes sample questions they might choose to answer. We also encourage bringing a presentation deck with images or visuals. These help make the session more engaging and enjoyable for students. Sessions are scheduled during the periods listed in the attached image, and in-person engagement is preferred.
