About the Speaking Engagement (lecture goals / learning outcomes)
I am reaching out to South Bay (Los Angeles)–based companies that may be open to hosting a small group of high school or college students for a short, structured workplace visit.
Many career readiness and academic programs now include experiential learning components, where students benefit from seeing how real teams work in real environments.
A field visit offers students the chance to understand different roles, observe workplace culture, and ask practical questions about career paths.

Potential Topic(s)
These visits are designed to be low commitment and flexible. A typical visit might include a brief company overview, informal conversations with team members, and time for student questions.
There is no expectation to present slides or prepare formal materials. Student groups are supervised by educators, and visits are coordinated in advance.
Industries of interest include technology, engineering, manufacturing, design, marketing, communications, business operations, and related fields. Both startups and established organizations are welcome.
If your company may be open to hosting a student field visit—once or twice a year—I would love to connect you to the schools that are requesting field trips for their students.
The format can be adapted to fit your space, schedule, and comfort level.
