About Me
I’m currently the Human Resources Business Partner at VEJA North America, where I lead with empathy, strategy, and a deep commitment to creating inclusive, people-centered workplaces. With over a decade of HR experience across corporate and retail environments, I partner with leadership to align human capital strategies with business goals, driving engagement, retention, and culture transformation.
I help shape the employee experience across our U.S. retail and corporate teams. My work focuses on advancing equity and inclusion, strengthening performance management, and building organizational systems that reflect VEJA’s ethos of fair trade, ecological responsibility, and social impact.
I hold master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology and Human Resource Management, and I bring both analytical insight and emotional intelligence to my work. I’m passionate about cultivating cultures where people feel seen, supported, and inspired to thrive, a philosophy that guides how I lead, connect, and collaborate every day.
