Mousumi is a Senior Manager, Market Intelligence & Strategy team within Mitsubishi Power Americas
Inc. With more than 13 years of Energy Industry experience, she supports the Power Market Advisory
group to aid and to develop power asset reviews, power market assessments including forecasts for
power prices, fuel prices, capital costs, capacity markets, and environmental compliance costs.
An expert in conducting market due diligence of various facilities in the United States and abroad. In
this process, she has produced and analyzed market and plant forecasts to determine revenue
expectations as well as key drivers and risks. In addition, Ms. Guha has also supported integrated
resource planning to help clients determine the most ideal portfolios given diverse set of scenarios in
the short and long term. Such projects have involved simulating the market over a 40+ year study
period and analyzing the output including portfolio costs. Ms. Guha holds a BS in Instrumentation and
Control Engineering from India and a MS from University of Illinois Urbana Champaign in Technology
